The mission statement of Albuquerque Recycling, Inc. is to make a positive difference in the recycling of electronic scrap by diverting reusable components from entering the landfill and recycle unusable components in an environmentally safe manner.

• Albuquerque Recycling, Inc. began operations in 2008 and is quickly becoming the largest e-waste recycler in the Southwest with operations expanding throughout the Southwest.
•   Certified by the New Mexico Environment Department and registered with the EPA, we offer an end-of-life facility for CRT glass, a potentially hazardous waste containing lead, from entering the landfills.
• In 2010, 137,585 pounds of glass (CRT) and tubes from televisions were diverted from entering New Mexico landfills.
• Electronics are de-manufactured, sorted and recycled by a skilled e-waste team of professional recyclers directed by our licensed facility operator, Gregory Mullen.  
•   Albuquerque Recycling, Inc. supports and works with businesses, schools, hospitals, government departments, municipal and county e-waste collection sites and private residents in the collection and recycling of  electronic scrap and waste.
• Our facility serves as a drop-off center and we provide a collection pickup service to collect and transport e-waste from throughout the Southwest and beyond.
• We provide secure data destruction of confidential information found on hard drives at no cost.
• We are members of the New Mexico Recycling Coalition, National Recycling Coalition and the New Mexico Technology Council.
• In October 2011, Albuquerque Recycling, Inc. was awarded the E-waste Collection and Recycling contract for the City of Albuquerque.  Our company will collect all electronics destined for recycling from Eagle Rock Convenience Center and the City warehouse.

Recycling events are commonly held on Saturdays throughout the year.  If you need a Saturday drop-off, please call the office to find out when an event is scheduled in your area.
